The ability to find solutions is a key ingredient for success in the workplace. Often problem-solving in a business context starts with what is missing and dysfunctional rather than with what is working well already.
SolutionSurfing, a method developed by Dr. Peter Szabó, encourages people to focus on and do more of what is working well, which is often faster and more effective than analysing difficulties and their causes. As a result, companies save time and costs and people use their strengths and potential to reach higher levels of performance.
This interactive 1.5 hour Taster offers an introduction to the SolutionSurfing method. Participants will explore the impact of language and the use of 'scaling questions' in generating solutions and get an opportunity to experience the method in action.
