SNSF - SCIEX: Scientific Exchange between Switzerland and Bulgaria

In the fall of 2024, the call for proposals will open, with the fall semester of 2025 marking the earliest potential launch of the project.
The SNSF provides three financing instruments, including SCIEX, to certain EU member states as part of its second Swiss commitment. The Bulgarian Ministry of Education and Science co-finances SCIEX, which was mandated for implementation by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC).
The core goals of SCIEX are to foster research collaborations, strengthen scientific networking between Switzerland and Bulgaria, advance scientific knowledge and development, and enhance and deepen the scientific skills of grantees.
