Participants are encouraged to propose COST Action initiatives that will enhance and progress European scientific, technological, economic, cultural, and societal knowledge. It is recommended to submit proposals that are multi- and interdisciplinary.
Eligibility
- European researchers and innovators are invited to submit proposals.
- Networks must include proposers from at least seven (7) COST Full or Cooperating Members.
- At least 50% of proposers must be from COST Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC).
Funding and duration
- COST supports networking activities (meetings, short-term scientific missions, training schools, dissemination products) as part of COST Actions.
- Does not fund research directly.
- Up to 70 new COST Actions to be approved, subject to available budget.
