USI is organising an Open Day on Saturday, 10 May 2025, in conjunction with the Dies academicus to strengthen the relationship between our institution and the local community, as well as to increase our visibility. To give substance and form to this opportunity to introduce itself and, why not, make people "fall in love" with USI a little more, the University seeks the help and ideas of its academic community.
The aim is to provide an engaging and interactive experience through fun and educational activities, allowing families in the region to "immerse" themselves in the themes and disciplines that are central to teaching, research, and development at USI. For organisational and logistical reasons, as this is the first edition, the event will take place in Lugano. However, USI will be represented by all its faculties and affiliated institutes.
The skills and passion of our academic community are essential for creating an engaging programme and bringing to life a special day that will convey to our visitors the feeling and excitement that USI is a... UniVerso of knowledge that "fits" into their lives.
Professors, lecturers, researchers and administrative staff can submit their proposals through the respective form.
