As part of Planning 2025-2028, USI also worked on its administrative and service sector goals for the next four years. These are detailed in the chapters spanning pages 100-103 and 106-111 (see full document).

In 2022-23, USI's Administrative Services underwent a reorganisation to optimise operations and enhance collaboration and synergies between different areas. Aware that the number of staff members has not increased in proportion to the significant growth in the number of students and patrons or to match the increased complexity of the tasks performed, after an analysis of the main gaps, a plan was drawn up to strengthen the services, which envisages the implementation of new hires by the end of 2024.

As part of the 2025-2028 planning process, USI focused on setting its administration's objectives for the next four years. These objectives, outlined in detail on pages 100 to 103 of the full document, align with the new strategic challenges that USI will confront. The planning aims to optimise operations, improve service efficiency, and ensure high-quality support for all academic and student activities.

Service planning, as per the organisation chart, has been divided into:

- Institutional Services and Transversal Services (objectives listed on p. 100)

- Operations and Administrative Services (objectives listed on pp. 101-103)

The Planning document concludes with financial planning for 2025-2028 (pp. 106-111).
