Medical Education
eLab actively collaborates with the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences of USI in the design and implementation of didactic courses aimed at doctors in Ticino, which cover various aspects of "medical education":
- "Teach the teacher", an introduction to university didactics course offered to doctors aspiring to obtain a title as PD (Privatdozent);
- "Feedback in medical practice";
- "How to make a classroom lecture interactive";
- "Bedside teaching".
The aim is to offer pedagogical support tailored to the needs of doctors and students in the Faculty of Biomedical Sciences. In this regard, eLab is also involved in the implementation of a digital portfolio (Checkpoint) created specifically for students and based on the catalogue of medical competences (PROFILES - Principal Relevant Objectives and Framework for Integrative Learning and Education in Switzerland).
