The Flagship Initiative, launched by Innosuisse, aims to drive systemic innovation and foster transdisciplinary collaboration. Focus on solutions that require the cooperation of multiple stakeholders, encouraging projects that contribute to Switzerland's future well-being with innovative solutions and business models.
Eligibility
A consortium must include at least three research partners (one University of Applied Sciences) and two implementation partners. In exceptional cases, two research partners are acceptable.
Funding and duration
There are no conditions regarding the length of a flagship. However, a flagship could be longer compared to an average Innosuisse innovation project due to the systemic approach and transdisciplinarity. For the budget, the rules for the Innosuisse innovation projects apply.
