Abstract:

UBS has focused for years on delivering financial services to clients based on their personal situation and needs. With the onset of the digital revolution it has become increasingly important to manage personal and digital touch points with clients in a consistent manner and take evolving client expectations into account. In that context, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence are set to play a major role in leveraging data to provide clients with a state-of-the-art banking experience.

In my talk, I will briefly present today’s major challenges in providing banking services to customers, and illustrate how UBS uses technology to address these challenges.
