Abstract:
How to detect entanglement and non locality in bi-partite scenarios in which each party holds many 1/2 spins? We address these questions by
i) Deriving optimal entanglement witnesses using either only first or first and second order moments of local collective spin components and
ii) Studying family of Bell inequalities to highlight the challenges of performing such a Bell test.

Biography:
Dr. Enky Oudot did his PhD in the group of Nicolas Sangouard in Basel working on the detection of quantum correlation in large spin and photonic systems. He is now a post doc in the group of Hugo Zbinden in Geneva.
