Il Litorale presents "Educational Wednesday", the series of training sessions for startuppers, featuring speakers Calogero Amato and Andrea Padoan from Match Strategies who will address the subjec of due diligence.
The following subjects will be discussed:
- Introductory notes on the various kinds of investors
- Knowing the first phases of an investment and how to approach an investor
- Due Diligence
- Overview of the documents required in the preliminary phase
The event will take place on Wednesday, May 22, 2019, from 9 to 8:30 p.m., in the Lounge area of Il Litorale at the Maghetti district, and is divided in two 45' sessions, with a 15' break in between and refreshments at the end.
