People have always tried to codify reality to better understand it, grasp it, manage it or manipulate it. In the transition from analogue to digital representation, the signs that represent reality appear to lose their charm: sounds become dry, curves break, and time seems to be a bit jerky. The technological applications and the repercussions on work and on the daily life of people and communities are extremely significant.
Digital for the first time challenges the human mind in its field and aims to replace it. The breakthrough of this new era brings the challenge back to where humanity's first true revolution began: in the emergence of self-awareness, which leads man to stand out from the rest of nature, imagining for himself and his world a destiny shaped by a new mind.
