Customer Journey - The new touchpoints between brand and customer

Touchpoints in a customer journey describe the many points of contact between the user and the brand, a storytelling full of micro-moments, stops, obstacles, stages and conversations. A never-ending ride where new touchpoints arise and emerge modifying and innovating the strategies of companies to keep a continuous and positive conversation with the user.

These are the topics that will be addressed during the 19th Marketing Day, organised by Swiss Marketing Ticino, on Thursday 23 September, from 2 pm, in the multipurpose hall of the East Campus Lugano in Viganello (held in Italian).
