Versailles will put its best foot forward in order to welcome AMA.
The reception will celebrate the strong links that unite new generations from Mendrisio and Versailles and their common commitment to the world. On that occasion, more than 30.000 postcards wrote by members of the AMA will be send to Versailles. Their reception will be the occasion of a grand celebration in form of a performative event specially designed by Ex Figura. In a form inspired by the History of Versailles, this unique event has been called « Dancing Columns ».
This encounter is part of the vibrant programme of events that will be held during the week in Versailles. First shown in Mendrisio in 2021 in a scenography imagined by @cortesemazza, the exhibition « Postcards from the Immediate Future » is organized in collaboration with @amalumnimendrisio @usiuniversity @usi_accademia @usialumniservice and curated by Fabrizio Ballabio @settexento and Giacomo Ortalli @ortalliverrier. It will travel for the first time and land in an exclusive scenography designed by @ex.figura for Versailles.
