Eligibility
- The program targets higher education institutions, not individual doctoral students.
- It is specifically aimed at universities of applied sciences and teacher education institutions.
Funding and Duration
- Annual Project Ceiling: CHF 150,000 (Confederation funds)
- Own contributions must match or exceed the requested amount
- Funding Period: Until December 31, 2028
- Unused funds must be returned to the Confederation
- Total Budget: CHF 4,687,500 for 2025-2028
- 2025: CHF 1,300,000
- 2026: CHF 1,214,550
- 2027: CHF 1,129,200
- 2028: CHF 1,043,750

Until December 31, 2024: Evaluation and selection of submitted projects
