On September 26th, 2015, at EXPO Milano the spotlights were pointed on USI. For the first time, over 300 among researchers, students, professors, graduates and staff members from all of USI gathered at EXPO to share ideas, go to conferences, see experiments and take part in public discussions, by exploring with colleagues and classmates the many national pavilions.
The sold-out roundtable event "A liveable present for an intelligent future" was covered live in Italian and in English on the SRG SSR portals tvsvizzera.it and swissinfo.ch. The following Monday, several students were invited to share, live in studio on the radio show Baobab (RSI Rete Tre, Swiss Radio), the ideas that were discussed at Expo and their point of view.
